- 4 fillets of white fish (such as cod or tilapia)
- 2 tbsp fresh marjoram, chopped
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a small bowl, mix together marjoram, lemon zest, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the marjoram mixture over the top, spreading it evenly.

Squeeze the lemon juice over the fish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish, until cooked through and flaky.
