How To Make Marjoram and Beef Skewers
Tender chunks of beef marinated with aromatic marjoram and grilled to perfection on skewers.

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp marjoram leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Skewers
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, marjoram leaves, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Add beef chunks and toss until coated.

Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat grill to high.

Thread beef chunks onto skewers, leaving a little space between each chunk.

Grill skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until meat is cooked to your liking.
