How To Make Lemongrass and Ginger Tea

Ingredients
- 4 cups of water
- 4 stalks of lemongrass, bruised with the back of a knife
- 1-inch piece of ginger, sliced
- 4 tsp of honey, or to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions

In a pot, bring the water to a boil.

Add in the lemongrass and ginger, and reduce heat to a simmer.

Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

Remove from heat and strain out the lemongrass and ginger.

Stir the honey and lime juice into the tea.
