How To Make Yvonne’s Sweet Potato Casserole
A deliciously sweet and creamy side dish, perfect for Thanksgiving or any holiday gathering.

Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Boil the sweet potatoes until soft, then drain and mash them.

In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Add the butter mixture to the mashed sweet potatoes and stir until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and smooth out the top.

Sprinkle with pecans and mini marshmallows.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden brown.
