- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
