Ingredients
- 4 portobello mushroom caps
- 1/2 cup of pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup of sliced fresh basil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Remove stems from portobello mushrooms and scrape out gills with a spoon.

Place caps gill-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Add a spoonful of pizza sauce to each mushroom cap, spreading it evenly.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce, followed by sliced black olives.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from oven and top with fresh basil.
