How To Make Vegetarian Instant Pot Mac and Cheese Recipe
Creamy and cheesy macaroni cooked in an Instant Pot for a quick and easy vegetarian meal.

Ingredients
- 12 oz elbow macaroni
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Put the macaroni in the Instant Pot with the vegetable broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, dry mustard powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix everything together.

Seal the Instant Pot and set to manual pressure for 4 minutes.

Once it finishes cooking, do a quick release of the pressure and carefully remove the lid.

Add in the cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.

Serve hot with a sprinkle of chives for garnish.
