Ingredients
- 1.5 cups arborio rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Combine the onion, garlic, rice, broth, white wine, mushrooms, and peas in the crockpot.

Cook on high for 3-4 hours or until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed.

Once cooked, add parmesan cheese, butter, salt, and pepper and stir until well incorporated.
