How To Make Vegetarian Tofu Scramble Recipe
A delicious vegan breakfast dish made with tofu, veggies and spices.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and mashed
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of cumin powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
Instructions

Heat up a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add onion and cook for 2 minutes until it becomes translucent.

Add diced bell peppers and sauté it for another 2-3 minutes until they are tender.

Add garlic powder, cumin powder, salt and pepper and stir well.

Add mashed tofu and stir to combine with the veggies.

Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until tofu is golden brown and heated through.

Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro and serve hot.
