How To Make Truffle Macancini

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked macaroni
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp truffle oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

In a mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, eggs, milk, truffle oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

Shape the mixture into small balls and roll them in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the macancini balls until golden brown and crispy on all sides. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels.
