- 4 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternatingly.

Sprinkle fresh basil leaves on top.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the tomato dressing.
