Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1/2 cup barley
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Fresh fruits for topping (optional)
Instructions

In a large saucepan, combine the oats, quinoa, barley, water, milk, salt, and cinnamon.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until the grains are tender, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and stir in the honey or maple syrup.

Serve hot with a sprinkle of chopped nuts and fresh fruits on top, if desired.
