Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 200g taleggio cheese
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash and scrub the potatoes, then slice them into thin rounds.

Place a slice of taleggio cheese on a potato slice, top with a small sprig of rosemary, and season with salt and pepper.

Repeat until all the potato slices are used.

Fold each potato slice in half to form a parcel, securing with a toothpick if necessary.

Place the parcels on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
