How To Make Taco Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 4 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.

Add the taco seasoning and stir to coat the beef. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, shredded cheese, and cilantro.

Add the cooked ground beef to the bowl and toss to combine.

Divide the shredded lettuce among 4 plates.

Top each plate with the taco salad mixture.

Drizzle each serving with sour cream and salsa.

Serve with tortilla chips.
