- 2 large bell peppers, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the sliced bell peppers, red onion, Kalamata olives, and torn basil leaves.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
