  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced bell peppers, red onion, Kalamata olives, and torn basil leaves.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat.
