Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- For the English Mustard dressing:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon English mustard
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, red onion, dill, parsley, sunflower seeds, and feta cheese.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, English mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
