How To Make Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds and pulp. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Stuff each tomato with the breadcrumb mixture.

Place the stuffed tomatoes in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes, or until the tomatoes are tender and the filling is golden brown.
