How To Make Stir-fried Noodles & Beansprouts

Serves:
Ingredients
- 8 oz of noodles
- 2 cups of beansprouts
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- 1 tsp of sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Vegetable oil, for cooking
Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add carrots, bell peppers, and onions. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until veggies are slightly softened.

Add beansprouts and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Push the vegetables to one side and add the noodles to the empty space. Cook for 1-2 minutes to heat through.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Toss everything together until well combined.

Cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.

Serve hot and enjoy!
