- 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced into thin sticks
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar.

Add the carrots to the bowl and toss until they are coated in the sauce.

Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
