Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and ricotta cheese until well combined.

Add the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano to the bowl. Stir until the batter is smooth.

Stir in the chopped spinach and grated Parmesan cheese.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the pancake is golden and set in the center.

Allow the pancake bake to cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares.
