Ingredients
- 12 cannelloni tubes
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1/2 a teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 cup of ricotta cheese
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups of tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook the cannelloni tubes according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, wilt the spinach over medium heat. Drain any excess liquid.

In a bowl, mix the spinach, ricotta cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.

Fill each cannelloni tube with the spinach mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.

Pour the tomato sauce over the cannelloni and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
