- 2 cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
