- 4 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 2 clementines, peeled and segmented
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 6 whole cloves
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine the sliced apples, clementines, cinnamon stick, cloves, water, and sugar.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and let the syrup cool slightly.

Using a fine-mesh strainer, strain the syrup into a clean container, discarding the solids.
