Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 leeks, sliced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced leeks and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add frozen peas to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Stir in the cooked spaghetti and pesto sauce. Toss until everything is well coated.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
