Ingredients
- 1 lb greens (such as kale, spinach, or collard greens), chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a slow cooker, combine the chopped greens, diced onion, minced garlic, chicken or vegetable broth, heavy cream, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.

Cover and cook on low heat for 4 hours or until the greens are tender.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
