How To Make Sesame Paneer Wraps

Ingredients
- 200g paneer, cut into thin strips
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt, to taste
- 4 chapatis (Indian flatbreads)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 2 tbsp mint-coriander chutney
- Oil, for frying
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Add paneer strips to the bowl and coat them well with the spice mixture.

In a separate bowl, mix sesame seeds and all-purpose flour. Coat the marinated paneer strips with the sesame seed mixture.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the sesame-coated paneer strips until golden and crispy. Transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

Warm the chapatis in a pan or microwave. Place a chapati on a clean surface and spread 1 teaspoon of tamarind chutney and 1 teaspoon of mint-coriander chutney on it.

Place a handful of shredded lettuce, sliced onions, tomatoes, and chopped coriander leaves on top of the chutney.

Add a few crispy sesame paneer strips on top of the vegetables. Roll the chapati tightly to form a wrap.

Repeat the process for the remaining chapatis and filling ingredients.

Cut each wrap in half and serve hot with extra chutney on the side.
