How To Make Sesame Noodles with Tofu

Serves:
Ingredients
- 8 oz of spaghetti noodles
- 1/4 cup of sesame oil
- 3 tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of sriracha (optional)
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp of toasted sesame seeds
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sriracha. Set aside.

Cut the tofu into small cubes and pat dry with a paper towel.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a splash of sesame oil. Add the tofu cubes and cook until crispy and golden brown on all sides, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the cooked spaghetti noodles to the skillet and pour the sauce over them. Toss to coat the noodles evenly.

Remove from heat and stir in the crispy tofu cubes.

Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.

Serve hot and enjoy!
