Ingredients
- 8 oz soba noodles
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 leeks, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add leeks and garlic, and sauté until leeks are softened, about 5 minutes.

Add cooked noodles, bean sprouts, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Serve hot and garnish with additional sesame seeds if desired.
