Ingredients
- 1 rye pizza crust
- 1 cup fresh figs, sliced
- 1 small fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Place the rye pizza crust on a baking sheet.

Drizzle olive oil over the crust and spread it evenly.

Arrange the sliced figs and fennel on top of the crust.

Sprinkle the crumbled Gorgonzola cheese and chopped hazelnuts over the figs and fennel.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
