Ingredients
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Trim the tops off the radishes and cut them in half.

In a large bowl, toss the radishes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the radishes are tender and slightly caramelized.

Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
