- 1 pound purple sprouting broccoli
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped preserved lemon
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Trim the broccoli and place it on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.

Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and starting to brown.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with crumbled feta and chopped preserved lemon.

Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
