- 1 pound button mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.

Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
