- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
- 1 pint of cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, toss the asparagus and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Arrange the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and slightly charred.
