Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.
