- 4 large parsnips, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the parsnips, maple syrup, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.

Transfer the parsnips to a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.

Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the parsnips are tender and golden brown, flipping them halfway through.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
