Ingredients
- 2 large fennel bulbs, sliced
- 4 cups of bread, cubed
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the fennel slices, bread cubes, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the fennel is tender and the bread is golden brown and crispy.
