Ingredients
- 4 bagels
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 4 figs, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the bagels in half and toast them in the oven for 5 minutes.

Spread a generous amount of ricotta cheese on each bagel half.

Top the ricotta with sliced figs and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Place the bagel halves back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is slightly melted and the sesame seeds are toasted.
