- 1 small red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup cranberries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the red cabbage and red onion to the skillet and sauté until they begin to soften, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the balsamic vinegar and cranberries. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cabbage is tender but still has a slight crunch.
