- 4 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 orange bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the sliced tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, basil, and parsley.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
