Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded fontina cheese
- 1 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
Instructions

Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat.

Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.

Place 4 bread slices, buttered side down, on the griddle.

Top each slice with a quarter cup of mozzarella, cheddar, fontina, and gorgonzola cheese.

Cover each sandwich with another bread slice, buttered side up.

Cook for 3-5 minutes, until the bottom bread is golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.

Remove from heat and let cool for a minute before serving.
