Ingredients
- 1 cup polenta
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cups purple sprouting broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Slowly whisk in the polenta and salt, then reduce heat to low. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.

Pour the cooked polenta onto a greased baking sheet and spread it evenly to form a crust. Let it cool and set for about 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and purple sprouting broccoli. Sauté for about 5 minutes, until the broccoli is tender.

Spread the sautéed broccoli evenly over the polenta crust. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
