Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat pitta breads
- 1 cup of hummus
- 1 cup of sliced cucumber
- 1 cup of sliced tomatoes
- 1 cup of sliced red onion
- 1 cup of mixed greens
- 1/2 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Warm the pitta breads in the oven for about 5 minutes or until slightly crisp.

Cut the pitta breads in half to create pockets.

Spread a generous amount of hummus inside each pitta pocket.

Fill the pockets with sliced cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, mixed greens, and crumbled feta cheese.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
