- 1 cup pink barley
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- Fresh berries, for garnish
Instructions

In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add pink barley and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 30 minutes, or until barley is tender.

Stir in milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until porridge is creamy.

In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with a splash of vanilla extract.

Serve the pink barley porridge hot, topped with a dollop of vanilla yogurt and fresh berries.
