How To Make Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers, any color
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds and stems.

Place the bell peppers and jalapeno peppers on a baking sheet, cut side down.

Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the peppers are charred and softened.

In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and garlic and cook until softened and translucent.

Remove the roasted peppers from the oven and let them cool slightly.

Peel off the charred skin and discard.

Chop the roasted peppers and jalapenos and add them to the saucepan.

Add the salt, black pepper, sugar, and vegetable broth.

Simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Use an immersion blender or a regular blender to puree the sauce until smooth.

Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.

Serve the pepper sauce alongside your favorite dishes.
