Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 4 equal squares.

In a bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, brown sugar, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Spoon the pecan mixture onto each square of puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.

Roll up each square tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
