- 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 8 wonton wrappers
- 1/4 cup of marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup of bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

Place a slice of mozzarella cheese onto each wonton wrapper and top with a spoonful of marinara sauce.

Fold the corners of the wonton wrapper over the cheese and sauce to form a parcel. Secure the edges by brushing with the beaten egg and pressing firmly.

Roll the parcels in the bread crumbs, ensuring they are fully coated.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the mozzarella parcels for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
