Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: fresh fruits, nuts, or seeds
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine the oats, milk, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the oats are cooked and the porridge has thickened.

Divide the porridge into serving bowls and top with your choice of fresh fruits, nuts, or seeds.
