- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- Mix-ins of your choice (e.g., chocolate chips, blueberries, chopped nuts)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) and grease a muffin tin.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Add your desired mix-ins and gently fold them into the batter.

Divide the batter evenly among the greased muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
