Ingredients
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 3 tbsp of white miso paste
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup of shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, miso paste, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Form into 4 patties.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or until lightly golden.

In a separate bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, pomegranate seeds, mint leaves, mayonnaise, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.

Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun and topping with the mint and pomegranate slaw.

Serve the miso burgers with mint & pomegranate slaw immediately.
