How To Make Mincemeat Samosas

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup minced beef or lamb
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and vegetable oil. Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough is formed. Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix together the minced meat, onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circular shape.

Place a spoonful of the mincemeat filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling to form a triangle and seal the edges by pressing with your fingers.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry the samosas until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite chutney or dipping sauce.
